Job - 1

1. There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil.

1. [1] Vala Úz földén egy ember, a kinek Jób vala a neve. Ez az ember feddhetetlen, igaz, istenfélő vala és bűn-gyűlölő.

1. [1] Daar was 'n man in die land Us wie se naam was Job; en die man was vroom en opreg en godvresend en een wat afgewyk het van die kwaad.

1. [1] Il y avait dans le pays d'Uts un homme qui s'appelait Job. Et cet homme était intègre et droit; il craignait Dieu, et se détournait du mal.

2. And there were born unto him seven sons and three daughters.

2. [2] Születék pedig néki hét fia és három leánya.

2. [2] En vir hom is daar sewe seuns en drie dogters gebore.

2. [2] Narodilo sa mu sedem synov a tri dcéry.

2. [2] Il lui naquit sept fils et trois filles.

3. His substance also was seven thousand sheep, and three thousand camels, and five hundred yoke of oxen, and five hundred she asses, and a very great household; so that this man was the greatest of all the men of the east.

3. [3] És vala az ő marhája: hétezer juh, háromezer teve és ötszáz igabarom és ötszáz szamár; cselédje is igen sok vala, és ez a férfiú nagyobb vala keletnek minden fiánál.

3. [3] Daarby was sy besitting sewe duisend stuks kleinvee en drie duisend kamele en vyf honderd paar beeste en vyf honderd eselinne en 'n groot menigte slawe, sodat die man ryker was as al die kinders van die Ooste.

4. And his sons went and feasted in their houses, every one his day; and sent and called for their three sisters to eat and to drink with them.

4. [4] Eljártak vala pedig az ő fiai [egymáshoz] és vendégséget szerzének otthon, kiki a maga napján. Elküldtek és meghívták vala az ő három hugokat is, hogy együtt egyenek és igyanak velök.

4. [4] En sy seuns was gewoond om 'n maaltyd aan te rig in die huis van elkeen op sy dag. Dan stuur hulle en nooi hul drie susters om saam met hulle te eet en te drink.

4. [4] A jeho synovia chodievali a robievali hostiny po dome, každý na svoj deň. A posielavali a povolávali aj svoje tri sestry, aby jedly a pily s nimi.

4. [4] Ses fils allaient les uns chez les autres et donnaient tour à tour un festin, et ils invitaient leurs trois soeurs à manger et à boire avec eux.

5. And it was so, when the days of their feasting were gone about, that Job sent and sanctified them, and rose up early in the morning, and offered burnt offerings according to the number of them all: for Job said, It may be that my sons have sinned, and cursed God in their hearts. Thus did Job continually.

5. [5] Mikor pedig a vendégség napjai sorra lejártak vala, elkülde értök Jób és megszentelé őket, és jóreggel felserkene és áldozik vala égőáldozattal mindnyájuk száma szerint; mert ezt mondja vala Jób: Hátha vétkeztek az én fiaim és gonoszt gondoltak az Isten ellen az ő szivökben! Így cselekedik vala Jób minden napon.

5. [5] En elke keer as die dae van die maaltye om was, het Job gestuur en hulle geheilig. Dan maak Job die môre vroeg klaar en bring brandoffers vir elkeen van hulle; want Job het gedink: Miskien het my kinders gesondig en God in hulle hart geseën! So het Job altyd gedoen.

5. [5] A bývalo tak, že keď kolom obišly dni hostiny, posielaval Job a posväcoval ich a vstávajúc skoro ráno obetoval zápalné obeti podľa počtu všetkých ich. Lebo Job hovorieval: Možno, že zhrešili moji synovia a zlorečili Bohu vo svojom srdci. Tak to robieval Job po všetky tie dni.

5. [5] Et quand les jours de festin étaient passés, Job appelait et sanctifiait ses fils, puis il se levait de bon matin et offrait pour chacun d'eux un holocauste; car Job disait: Peut-être mes fils ont-ils péché et ont-ils offensé Dieu dans leur coeur. C'est ainsi que Job avait coutume d'agir.

6. Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them.

6. [6] Lőn pedig egy napon, hogy eljövének az Istennek fiai, hogy udvaroljanak az Úr előtt; és eljöve a Sátán is közöttök.

6. [6] En op 'n dag toe die seuns van God kom om hulle voor die HERE te stel, het die Satan ook onder hulle gekom.

6. [6] A stalo sa jedného dňa, keď prišli synovia Boží, aby sa postavili pred Hospodinom, že prišiel medzi nimi aj Satan.

6. [6] Or, les fils de Dieu vinrent un jour se présenter devant l'Eternel, et Satan vint aussi au milieu d'eux.

7. And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.

7. [7] És monda az Úr a Sátánnak: Honnét jösz? És felele a Sátán az Úrnak és monda: Körülkerültem és át meg át jártam a földet.

7. [7] Toe vra die HERE vir die Satan: Waar kom jy vandaan? En die Satan antwoord die HERE en sê: Van 'n swerftog oor die aarde, wat ek deurkruis het.

7. [7] A Hospodin riekol Satanovi: Odkiaľ ideš? A Satan odpovedal Hospodinovi a riekol: Chodil som sem a ta po zemi a prechádzal som sa po nej.

7. [7] L'Eternel dit à Satan: D'où viens-tu? Et Satan répondit à l'Eternel: De parcourir la terre et de m'y promener.

8. And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?

8. [8] És monda az Úr a Sátánnak: Észrevetted-é az én szolgámat, Jóbot? Bizony nincs hozzá hasonló a földön: feddhetetlen, igaz, istenfélő, és bűngyűlölő.

8. [8] En die HERE vra vir die Satan: Het jy ag gegee op my kneg Job? Want daar is niemand op die aarde soos hy nie: 'n man vroom en opreg, godvresend en wat afwyk van die kwaad.

8. [8] A zase riekol Hospodin Satanovi: Či si si všimnul môjho služobníka Joba, že nie je jemu rovného na zemi, takého bezúhonného muža, priameho a spravedlivého, ktorý sa bojí Boha a chráni sa zlého?

8. [8] L'Eternel dit à Satan: As-tu remarqué mon serviteur Job? Il n'y a personne comme lui sur la terre; c'est un homme intègre et droit, craignant Dieu, et se détournant du mal.

9. Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought?

9. [9] Felele pedig az Úrnak a Sátán, és monda: Avagy ok nélkül féli-é Jób az Istent?

9. [9] En die Satan antwoord die HERE en sê: Is dit verniet dat Job God vrees?

9. [9] Na to odpovedal Satan Hospodinovi a riekol: A či sa Job darmo bojí Boha?

9. [9] Et Satan répondit à l'Eternel: Est-ce d'une manière désintéressée que Job craint Dieu?

10. Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land.

10. [10] Nem te vetted-é körül őt magát, házát és mindenét, a mije van? Keze munkáját megáldottad, marhája igen elszaporodott e földön.

10. [10] Het U nie self hom en sy huis en alles wat hy het, aan alle kante rondom, beskut nie? Die werk van sy hande het U geseën, en sy vee het sterk vermeerder in die land.

10. [10] Či si ho ty azda neohradil i jeho domu a všetkého, čo má, zo všetkých strán? Dielo jeho rúk si požehnal, a jeho dobytok sa náramne rozmnožil na zemi.

10. [10] Ne l'as-tu pas protégé, lui, sa maison, et tout ce qui est à lui? Tu as béni l'oeuvre de ses mains, et ses troupeaux couvrent le pays.

11. But put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face.

11. [11] De bocsássad csak rá a te kezedet, verd meg mindazt, a mi az övé, avagy nem átkoz-é meg szemtől-szembe téged?!

11. [11] Maar strek net u hand uit en tas alles aan wat hy het -- waarlik, hy sal U in u aangesig seën!

11. [11] Ale nože vystri svoju ruku a dotkni sa všetkého, čo má, či ti nebude zlorečiť do tvári!

11. [11] Mais étends ta main, touche à tout ce qui lui appartient, et je suis sûr qu'il te maudit en face.

12. And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the LORD.

12. [12] Az Úr pedig monda a Sátánnak: Ímé, mindazt, a mije van, kezedbe adom; csak ő magára ne nyujtsd ki kezedet. És kiméne a Sátán az Úr elől.

12. [12] Daarop sê die HERE aan die Satan: Kyk, alles wat hy het, is in jou hand; net na homself mag jy jou hand nie uitsteek nie. En die Satan het weggegaan van die aangesig van die HERE.

12. [12] Vtedy riekol Hospodin Satanovi: Hľa, všetko, čo má, je v tvojej ruke, len na neho nevystri svojej ruky. A Satan vyšiel od tvári Hospodinovej.

12. [12] L'Eternel dit à Satan: Voici, tout ce qui lui appartient, je te le livre; seulement, ne porte pas la main sur lui. Et Satan se retira de devant la face de l'Eternel.

13. And there was a day when his sons and his daughters were eating and drinking wine in their eldest brother's house:

13. [13] Lőn pedig egy napon, hogy az ő fiai és leányai esznek és bort isznak vala az ő elsőszülött bátyjoknak házában.

13. [13] En op 'n dag, terwyl sy seuns en sy dogters besig was om te eet en wyn te drink in die huis van hul oudste broer,

13. [13] A stalo sa jedného dňa, keď jedli jeho synovia a jeho dcéry a pili víno v dome svojho prvorodeného brata,

13. [13] Un jour que les fils et les filles de Job mangeaient et buvaient du vin dans la maison de leur frère aîné,

14. And there came a messenger unto Job, and said, The oxen were plowing, and the asses feeding beside them:

14. [14] És követ jöve Jóbhoz, és monda: Az ökrök szántanak, a szamarak pedig mellettök legelésznek vala.

14. [14] kom 'n boodskapper na Job en sê: Terwyl die beeste aan ploeë was en die esels aan wei langs hulle,

14. [14] že prišiel posol k Jobovi a povedal: Voly oraly a oslice sa pásly vedľa nich,

14. [14] il arriva auprès de Job un messager qui dit: Les boeufs labouraient et les ânesses paissaient à côté d'eux;

15. And the Sabeans fell upon them, and took them away; yea, they have slain the servants with the edge of the sword; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee.

15. [15] De a Sabeusok rajtok ütének és elhajták azokat, a szolgákat pedig fegyverrel ölék meg. Csak én magam szaladék el, hogy hírt adjak néked.

15. [15] het die Sabeërs 'n inval gedoen en dit weggeroof, en hulle het die dienaars met die skerpte van die swaard verslaan; en net ek alleen het ontvlug om u dit te vertel.

16. While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, The fire of God is fallen from heaven, and hath burned up the sheep, and the servants, and consumed them; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee.

16. [16] Még szól vala ez, mikor jöve egy másik, és monda: Istennek tüze esék le az égből, és megégeté a juhokat és a szolgákat, és megemészté őket. Csak én magam szaladék el, hogy hírt adjak néked.

16. [16] Terwyl die een nog spreek, kom daar 'n ander een en sê: Die vuur van God het van die hemel geval en gebrand onder die kleinvee en onder die dienaars, en dit het hulle verteer; en net ek alleen het ontvlug om u dit te vertel.

16. [16] Kým ešte tento hovoril, prišiel druhý a povedal: Oheň Boží padol s neba a roznietil sa na drobné stádo i na sluhov a strávil ich, a utečúc zachránil som sa iba ja sám, aby som ti to oznámil.

16. [16] Il parlait encore, lorsqu'un autre vint et dit: Le feu de Dieu est tombé du ciel, a embrasé les brebis et les serviteurs, et les a consumés. Et je me suis échappé moi seul, pour t'en apporter la nouvelle.

17. While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, The Chaldeans made out three bands, and fell upon the camels, and have carried them away, yea, and slain the servants with the edge of the sword; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee.

17. [17] Még ez is szól vala, mikor jöve egy másik, és monda: A Káldeusok három csapatot alkotának és ráütének a tevékre, és elhajták azokat; a szolgákat pedig fegyverrel ölék meg, csak én magam szaladék el, hogy hírt adjak néked.

17. [17] Terwyl die een nog spreek, kom daar 'n ander een en sê: Die Chaldeërs het drie leërafdelings opgestel en 'n aanval op die kamele gemaak en dit weggeroof, maar hulle het die dienaars met die skerpte van die swaard verslaan; en net ek alleen het ontvlug om u dit te vertel.

17. [17] Kým ešte tento hovoril, prišiel tretí a povedal: Chaldeji rozostavili tri čaty a vrhli sa na veľblúdov a zajali ich a sluhov pobili ostrím meča, a utečúc zachránil som sa iba ja sám, aby som ti to oznámil.

17. [17] Il parlait encore, lorsqu'un autre vint et dit: Des Chaldéens, formés en trois bandes, se sont jetés sur les chameaux, les ont enlevés, et ont passé les serviteurs au fil de l'épée. Et je me suis échappé moi seul, pour t'en apporter la nouvelle.

18. While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, Thy sons and thy daughters were eating and drinking wine in their eldest brother's house:

18. [18] Még ez is szól vala, mikor jöve egy másik, és monda: A te fiaid és leányaid esznek és bort isznak vala az ő elsőszülött bátyjoknak házában;

18. [18] Terwyl die een nog spreek, kom daar 'n ander een en sê: U seuns en u dogters was besig om te eet en wyn te drink in die huis van hulle oudste broer,

18. [18] A keď tento ešte nebol dopovedal, prišiel štvrtý a riekol: Tvoji synovia a tvoje dcéry jedli a pili víno v dome svojho prvorodeného brata,

18. [18] Il parlait encore, lorsqu'un autre vint et dit: Tes fils et tes filles mangeaient et buvaient du vin dans la maison de leur frère aîné;

19. And, behold, there came a great wind from the wilderness, and smote the four corners of the house, and it fell upon the young men, and they are dead; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee.

19. [19] És ímé nagy szél támada a puszta felől, megrendíté a ház négy szegeletét, és rászakada az a gyermekekre és meghalának. Csak én magam szaladék el, hogy hírt adjak néked.

19. [19] toe daar meteens 'n groot wind oor die woestyn kom wat die huis aan die vier hoeke gryp; en dit het op die jongmense geval, sodat hulle gesterf het; en net ek alleen het ontvlug om u dit te vertel.

19. [19] a hľa, prišiel veliký vietor zpoza púšte a uderil na štyri uhly domu, takže padol na mladých ľudí, a zomreli, a utečúc zachránil som sa iba ja sám, aby som ti to oznámil.

19. [19] et voici, un grand vent est venu de l'autre côté du désert, et a frappé contre les quatre coins de la maison; elle s'est écroulée sur les jeunes gens, et ils sont morts. Et je me suis échappé moi seul, pour t'en apporter la nouvelle.

20. Then Job arose, and rent his mantle, and shaved his head, and fell down upon the ground, and worshipped,

21. And said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD.

21. [21] És monda: Mezítelen jöttem ki az én anyámnak méhéből, és mezítelen térek oda, vissza. Az Úr adta, az Úr vette el. Áldott legyen az Úrnak neve!

21. [21] en gesê: Naak het ek uit my moeder se skoot gekom, en naak sal ek daarheen terugkeer. Die HERE het gegee, en die HERE het geneem: die Naam van die HERE sy geloofd!

21. [21] A riekol: Nahý som vyšiel zo života svojej matky a nahý sa ta navrátim. Hospodin dal, Hospodin vzal. Nech je požehnané meno Hospodinovo.

21. [21] et dit: Je suis sorti nu du sein de ma mère, et nu je retournerai dans le sein de la terre. L'Eternel a donné, et l'Eternel a ôté; que le nom de l'Eternel soit béni!

22. In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly.

22. [22] Mindezekben nem vétkezék Jób, és Isten ellen semmi illetlent nem cselekedék.

22. [22] By dit alles het Job nie gesondig en aan God niks ongerymds toegeskrywe nie,

22. [22] V tom vo všetkom nezhrešil Job a neprivlastnil Bohu ničoho nerozumného.

22. [22] En tout cela, Job ne pécha point et n'attribua rien d'injuste à Dieu.
