Habakkuk - 2

1. [1] Postavím sa na svoju stráž, stanem si na hradbu a budem vyzerať, aby som videl, čo mi bude hovoriť, a čo odpoviem na svoje karhanie.

1. I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.

2. And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.

3. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

3. [3] Lebo ešte bude videnie na určený čas, a spiecha ku koncu a neoklame; keby predlelo, čakaj naň, lebo prijsť istotne prijde; neomešká.

3. [3] Car c'est une prophétie dont le temps est déjà fixé, Elle marche vers son terme, et elle ne mentira pas; Si elle tarde, attends-la, Car elle s'accomplira, elle s'accomplira certainement.

3. [3] Want die gesig sal nog duur tot op die vasgestelde tyd; maar dit spoed na die einde en sal nie teleurstel nie. As dit mag vertoef, wag daarop; want alte seker sal dit kom en nie versuim nie:

3. [3] Mert e látomás bizonyos időre [szól,] de vége felé siet és meg nem csal; ha késik is, bízzál benne; mert eljön, el fog jőni, nem marad el!

4. [4] Hľa, nadutá je, nie je priama jeho duša v ňom, ale spravedlivý bude žiť svojou vierou.

4. [4] Kyk, sy siel is opgeblase in hom en nie reg nie. Maar die regverdige, deur sy geloof sal hy lewe.

4. [4] Voici, son âme s'est enflée, elle n'est pas droite en lui; Mais le juste vivra par sa foi.

4. Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.

6. Shall not all these take up a parable against him, and a taunting proverb against him, and say, Woe to him that increaseth that which is not his! how long? and to him that ladeth himself with thick clay!

6. [6] Ne sera-t-il pas pour tous un sujet de sarcasme, De railleries et d'énigmes? On dira: Malheur à celui qui accumule ce qui n'est pas à lui! Jusques à quand?... Malheur à celui qui augmente le fardeau de ses dettes!

6. [6] Sal hulle nie almal oor hom 'n spreuk, 'n spotlied aanhef nie, raaisels oor hom maak nie, en sê: Wee die man wat hom verryk met wat nie aan hom behoort nie -- hoe lank? -- en hom beswaar met verpande goed.

7. Shall they not rise up suddenly that shall bite thee, and awake that shall vex thee, and thou shalt be for booties unto them?

8. [8] Preto, že si ty olupoval mnohé národy, olúpi ťa všetok zbytok ľudí pre ľudskú krv a pre násilie, robené zemi, mestu a všetkým, ktorí bývajú v ňom.

8. Because thou hast spoiled many nations, all the remnant of the people shall spoil thee; because of men's blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein.

9. [9] Wee hom wat vuil gewin maak vir sy huis, om sy nes in die hoogte te bou, om homself te red uit die greep van onheil.

9. [9] Jaj annak, a ki bűnös szerzeményt szerez házának, hogy magasra rakhassa fészkét, hogy megszabadulhasson a gonosz hatalma elől.

9. Woe to him that coveteth an evil covetousness to his house, that he may set his nest on high, that he may be delivered from the power of evil!

9. [9] Malheur à celui qui amasse pour sa maison des gains iniques, Afin de placer son nid dans un lieu élevé, Pour se garantir de la main du malheur!

10. [10] Jy het skande beraadslaag vir jou huis: die uitroeiing van baie volke, en het jou lewe verbeur.

10. [10] Poradil si hanbu svojmu domu, učiniť koniec mnohým národom, a to hrešiac proti svojej vlastnej duši!

10. Thou hast consulted shame to thy house by cutting off many people, and hast sinned against thy soul.

11. [11] Lebo kameň bude kričať zo steny, a hrada zpomedzi dreva mu bude odpovedať.

11. For the stone shall cry out of the wall, and the beam out of the timber shall answer it.

12. [12] Malheur à celui qui bâtit une ville avec le sang, Qui fonde une ville avec l'iniquité!

12. [12] Beda tomu, kto buduje mesto krvou a upevňuje ho neprávosťou!

12. [12] Jaj annak, a ki várost épít vérengzéssel, és a ki várat emel álnoksággal.

12. Woe to him that buildeth a town with blood, and stablisheth a city by iniquity!

12. [12] Wee hom wat 'n stad bou met bloed en 'n vesting stig deur onreg.

13. [13] Kyk, kom dit nie van die HERE van die leërskare dat volke arbei vir vuur en nasies hulle afmat vir niks nie?

13. [13] Voici, quand l'Eternel des armées l'a résolu, Les peuples travaillent pour le feu, Les nations se fatiguent en vain.

13. Behold, is it not of the LORD of hosts that the people shall labour in the very fire, and the people shall weary themselves for very vanity?

14. [14] Lebo zem bude naplnená známosťou slávy Hospodinovej, ako čo vody pokrývajú more.

14. [14] Mert az Úr dicsőségének ismeretével betelik a föld, a miképen a folyamok megtöltik a tengert.

14. For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

15. [15] Wee hom wat aan sy naaste drank gee, wat jou gif daarmee meng, en hulle ook dronk maak om hulle naaktheid te aanskou.

15. [15] Beda tomu, kto napája svojho blížneho, tebe, ktorý pridávaš svoj jed, áno, opájaš, aby si sa díval na ich nahotu!

15. Woe unto him that giveth his neighbour drink, that puttest thy bottle to him, and makest him drunken also, that thou mayest look on their nakedness!

15. [15] Jaj annak, a ki megitatja felebarátját, epédet keverve belé, hogy megrészegítsed őt, hogy láthassad az ő szemérmöket!

15. [15] Malheur à celui qui fait boire son prochain, A toi qui verses ton outre et qui l'enivres, Afin de voir sa nudité!

16. [16] Gyalázattal telsz meg dicsőség helyett; igyál te is és láttassék szemérmed; reád fordul az Úr jobbjának pohara, és gyalázat [borítja] [el] dicsőségedet.

16. [16] Nasýtiš sa potupy, viac ako si sa nasýtil slávy. Pi tedy aj ty a ukáž svoju neobrezanosť! Kalich pravice Hospodinovej sa obráti na teba a potupný vývratok na tvoju slávu.

16. [16] Tu seras rassasié de honte plus que de gloire; Bois aussi toi-même, et découvre-toi! La coupe de la droite de l'Eternel se tournera vers toi, Et l'ignominie souillera ta gloire.

16. [16] Jy het jou versadig met skande in plaas van met eer -- drink jy ook nou, en wees ontbloot. Na jou toe sal die beker van die regterhand van die HERE omgaan, en skande tref jou eer.

16. Thou art filled with shame for glory: drink thou also, and let thy foreskin be uncovered: the cup of the LORD's right hand shall be turned unto thee, and shameful spewing shall be on thy glory.

17. [17] Car les violences contre le Liban retomberont sur toi, Et les ravages des bêtes t'effraieront, Parce que tu as répandu le sang des hommes, Et commis des violences dans le pays, Contre la ville et tous ses habitants.

17. [17] Lebo ukrutnosť, ktorú si spáchal na Libanone, ťa prikryje, a zkaza zveri, ktorá ju desila; pre ľudskú krv a pre ukrutnosť, páchanú na zemi, na meste a na všetkých, ktorí bývajú v ňom.

17. For the violence of Lebanon shall cover thee, and the spoil of beasts, which made them afraid, because of men's blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein.

17. [17] Want die geweld aan die L¡banon gepleeg, sal jou oordek; en die verwoesting waarmee die diere skrikgemaak is -- weens die bloed van die mense en die geweld teen die land, die stad en al sy inwoners.

17. [17] Bizony, a libanoni erőszakoskodás [gyászba] borít téged, és a vadak pusztítása, a mely rettegteté őket, az emberek véréért és az országon, a városon és annak minden lakosán űzött erőszakosságért.

18. What profiteth the graven image that the maker thereof hath graven it; the molten image, and a teacher of lies, that the maker of his work trusteth therein, to make dumb idols?

18. [18] A quoi sert une image taillée, pour qu'un ouvrier la taille? A quoi sert une image en fonte et qui enseigne le mensonge, Pour que l'ouvrier qui l'a faite place en elle sa confiance, Tandis qu'il fabrique des idoles muettes?

18. [18] Čo prospeje rytina, že ju vyryl jej tvorca, sliatina a lživý učiteľ, že sa nadeje tvorca na svoj útvor robiac nemé modly?

18. [18] Mit használ a faragott kép, hogy a faragója kifaragta azt? vagy az öntött kép és a mely hazugságot tanít, hogy a képnek faragója bízik abban, csinálván néma bálványokat?

18. [18] Wat baat 'n gesnede beeld dat sy maker dit reggekap het, 'n gegote beeld, wat 'n leuenleraar is, dat die maker op sy eie maaksel vertrou, deur stomme afgode te maak?

19. Woe unto him that saith to the wood, Awake; to the dumb stone, Arise, it shall teach! Behold, it is laid over with gold and silver, and there is no breath at all in the midst of it.

19. [19] Malheur à celui qui dit au bois: Lève-toi! A une pierre muette: Réveille-toi! Donnera-t-elle instruction? Voici, elle est garnie d'or et d'argent, Mais il n'y a point en elle un esprit qui l'anime.

19. [19] Wee hom wat vir 'n stuk hout sê: Word wakker! vir 'n dooie klip: Ontwaak! Kan hy 'n mens leer? Kyk, hy is oorgetrek met goud en silwer, en daar is g,,n gees in sy binneste nie!

19. [19] Jaj annak, aki fának mondja: Serkenj fel! néma kőnek: Ébredj fel! Taníthat-é ez? Ímé, borítva van aranynyal és ezüsttel, lélek pedig nincs benne semmi!

19. [19] Beda tomu, kto hovorí drevu: Precítni! nemému kameňu: Prebuď sa! Či azda ten bude učiť? Hľa, obložený je zlatom a striebrom; avšak v jeho vnútri nieto nijakého ducha.

20. [20] Maar die HERE is in sy heilige tempel -- swyg voor Hom, o ganse aarde!

20. [20] Ellenkezőleg az Úr az ő szent templomában, hallgasson előtte az egész föld!

20. [20] Ale Hospodin je v chráme svojej svätosti. Mlč pred jeho tvárou, celá zem!

20. But the LORD is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him.

20. [20] L'Eternel est dans son saint temple. Que toute la terre fasse silence devant lui!
