Ephesians - 1

1. Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints which are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus:

2. Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

2. [2] Kegyelem néktek és békesség Istentől, a mi Atyánktól és az Úr Jézus Krisztustól.

2. [2] Genade vir julle en vrede van God, onse Vader, en die Here Jesus Christus!

2. [2] milosť vám a pokoj od Boha, našeho Otca, a od Pána Ježiša Krista.

2. [2] Que la grâce et la paix vous soient données de la part de Dieu notre Père et du Seigneur Jésus-Christ!

3. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:

3. [3] Áldott legyen az Isten, és a mi Urunknak, Jézus Krisztusnak Atyja, a ki megáldott minket minden lelki áldással a mennyekben a Krisztusban,

3. [3] Geseënd is die God en Vader van onse Here Jesus Christus wat ons geseënhet met alle geestelike seëninge in die hemele in Christus,

3. [3] Béni soit Dieu, le Père de notre Seigneur Jésus-Christ, qui nous a bénis de toutes sortes de bénédictions spirituelles dans les lieux célestes en Christ!

4. According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

5. Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

5. [5] deurdat Hy ons voorbeskik het om ons as sy kinders vir Homself aan te neem deur Jesus Christus, na die welbehae van sy wil,

5. [5] nous ayant prédestinés dans son amour à être ses enfants d'adoption par Jésus-Christ, selon le bon plaisir de sa volonté,

6. To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

6. [6] Kegyelme dicsőségének magasztalására, a melylyel megajándékozott minket ama Szerelmesben,

6. [6] tot lof van die heerlikheid van sy genade waarmee Hy ons begenadig het in die Geliefde.

6. [6] la louange de la gloire de sa grâce qu'il nous a accordée en son bien-aimé.

7. In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

7. [7] A kiben van a mi váltságunk az Ő vére által, a bűnöknek bocsánata az Ő kegyelmének gazdagsága szerint.

7. [7] En lui nous avons la rédemption par son sang, la rémission des péchés, selon la richesse de sa grâce,

8. Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;

8. [8] wat Hy oorvloedig aan ons bewys het in alle wysheid en verstand,

8. [8] que Dieu a répandue abondamment sur nous par toute espèce de sagesse et d'intelligence,

9. Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:

9. [9] Megismertetvén velünk az Ő akaratjának titkát az Ő jó kedve szerint, melyet eleve elrendelt magában,

9. [9] nous faisant connaître le mystère de sa volonté, selon le bienveillant dessein qu'il avait formé en lui-même,

10. That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:

10. [10] Az idők teljességének rendjére nézve, hogy ismét egybeszerkeszt magának mindeneket a Krisztusban, mind a melyek a mennyekben vannak, mind a melyek e földön vannak;

10. [10] om die volheid van die tye te reël, met die doel om alle dinge wat in die hemele sowel as wat op die aarde is, onder een hoof in Christus te verenig --

10. [10] cieľom správy plnosti časov dovedna sobrať všetko v Kristovi, to, čo je na nebesiach, i to, čo je na zemi,

10. [10] pour le mettre à exécution lorsque les temps seraient accomplis, de réunir toutes choses en Christ, celles qui sont dans les cieux et celles qui sont sur la terre.

11. In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

11. [11] En lui nous sommes aussi devenus héritiers, ayant été prédestinés suivant la résolution de celui qui opère toutes choses d'après le conseil de sa volonté,

12. That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.

12. [12] Hogy legyünk mi magasztalására az Ő dicsőségének, a kik előre reménykedtünk a Krisztusban:

12. [12] sodat ons kan wees tot lof van sy heerlikheid, ons wat reeds tevore op Christus gehoop het,

12. [12] aby sme boli na chválu jeho slávy, my, ktorí sme sa prv nadejali v Kristovi,

12. [12] afin que nous servions à la louange de sa gloire, nous qui d'avance avons espéré en Christ.

13. In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

13. [13] A kiben ti is, minekutána hallottátok az igazságnak beszédét, idvességetek evangyéliomát, a melyben hittetek is, megpecsételtettetek az ígéretnek ama Szent Lelkével,

13. [13] in wie julle ook, nadat julle die woord van die waarheid, die evangelie van julle redding, gehoor het, in wie julle, nadat julle ook geglo het, verseël is met die Heilige Gees van die belofte,

13. [13] v ktorom aj vy počujúc slovo pravdy, evanjelium svojho spasenia, v ktorom aj, uveriac, zapečatení ste Svätým Duchom zasľúbenia,

13. [13] En lui vous aussi, après avoir entendu la parole de la vérité, l'Evangile de votre salut, en lui vous avez cru et vous avez été scellés du Saint-Esprit qui avait été promis,

14. Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

15. Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto all the saints,

15. [15] Annakokáért én is, hallván a ti hiteteket az Úr Jézusban, és minden szentekhez való szerelmeteket,

15. [15] C'est pourquoi moi aussi, ayant entendu parler de votre foi au Seigneur Jésus et de votre charité pour tous les saints,

16. Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;

16. [16] Nem szűnöm meg hálát adni tiérettetek, emlékezvén reátok az én könyörgéseimben;

16. [16] hou ek ook nie op om vir julle te dank as ek aan julle in my gebede dink nie,

16. [16] neprestávam ďakovať za vás zmieňujúc sa o vás na svojich modlitbách,

16. [16] je ne cesse de rendre grâces pour vous, faisant mention de vous dans mes prières,

17. That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:

17. [17] afin que le Dieu de notre Seigneur Jésus-Christ, le Père de gloire, vous donne un esprit de sagesse et de révélation, dans sa connaissance,

18. The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,

18. [18] És világosítsa meg értelmetek szemeit, hogy tudhassátok, hogy mi az Ő elhívásának a reménysége, mi az Ő öröksége dicsőségének a gazdagsága a szentek között,

18. [18] verligte oë van julle verstand, sodat julle kan weet wat die hoop van sy roeping en wat die rykdom van die heerlikheid van sy erfdeel onder die heiliges is;

18. [18] et qu'il illumine les yeux de votre coeur, pour que vous sachiez quelle est l'espérance qui s'attache à son appel, quelle est la richesse de la gloire de son héritage qu'il réserve aux saints,

19. And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,

19. [19] És mi az Ő hatalmának felséges nagysága irántunk, a kik hiszünk, az Ő hatalma erejének ama munkája szerint,

19. [19] en wat die uitnemende grootheid van sy krag is vir ons wat glo, na die werking van die krag van sy sterkte

19. [19] et quelle est envers nous qui croyons l'infinie grandeur de sa puissance, se manifestant avec efficacité par la vertu de sa force.

20. Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,

21. Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

22. And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,

23. Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.
