Dear friends, beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, this is Brother Frank speaking to you from the Mission Center in Krefeld - Germany. 

I really count it a great privilege to speak to you in such a nice way – to share God’s Holy Word with the inhabitants of the earth. I think right now we are including into this TV-ministry almost every nation under heaven. And it’s God time for God’s people to get acquainted with God’s promised Word with God’s plan of salvation for our day and time. It is absolutely not enough to know what great men are doing. We must know what God is doing according to His Word at this time and we do have divine orientation in the Holy Scriptures itself. We do have the three parts: The evangelistic part, the teaching part and the prophetic part in the Holy Scriptures. And we must now take care of all the three parts. It is absolutely necessary that the true gospel of Jesus Christ is being preached as a witness to all nations and then the end would be. That is what our LORD said in Matthew 24:14. And then we have to understand that this is the time of restoration of all things. The end must be as the beginning was. And we do have the promise in many scriptures but especially in Acts chapter 3 from verse 19 to 21 where our LORD speaks about the time of refreshing that would come from the presence of God referring to what Isaiah the prophet foretold in chapter 28 that God would send a time of refreshing. Also what the prophet Joel prophesied: “I will restore all things”, God spoke thru the lips of His prophet. And then again in Malachi chapter 4 it says: “I will send you Elijah the prophet before the great and dreadful day of the LORD.” And then we go to the New Testament in Matthew 17, verse 11: “Truly Elijah shall first come and restore all things.” And then we understand that the actual restoration must take place before the return of Christ. Maybe I should read it to you so you will know it’s not what I’m saying but what God has said in His Holy Word. About Christ our LORD we read in Acts chapter 3 in verse 21: “Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things which God has spoken by the mouth of all His Holy prophets since the time begun.” In verse 20, we read: “And He shall send Jesus Christ who was preached to you”. So first Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, today and forever is being preached to the nations. And He confirms His word as He promised: “These signs shall follow them that believe.” We have the great commission in Matthew 28, in Mark 16, in Like chapter 24 and also in John chapter 20. And then we have also the promises in the four gospels in different places especially in John chapter 7, verse 38: “He that believeth on me as the Scripture has said”. “He that believeth on me as the Scripture has said”. If we go to 1 Corinthians chapter 15, here the apostle Paul is emphasising the scripture over and again, stating, I’m just reading 1 Corinthians chapter 15 verse 3 and 4: “For I delivered unto you first of all which I also received that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures. And that He was buried and that He rose again the third day according to the scriptures.” God does all things according to His Word. And the first coming of Christ 109 prophecies were fulfilled. In Luke chapter 24 our LORD started with Moses continued with the Psalms and then with the prophets sharing with the two disciples all the things pertaining to Him which were then fulfilled. After speaking to them in such a way He opened their understanding that they might know the scripture in its fulfilment. 

Dear friends, beloved brothers and sisters, I wrote a small brochure with the title: “In the beginning was the Word – Not the interpretation” I’m just angry and I do admit it openly. I’m angry in the Spirit. I’m grieved in the Spirit. Because of the many interpretations of one scripture. There is only one original Word of God. One original teaching about God, one original teaching about the water baptism, one original teaching about the Spirit baptism, one original teaching of every Bible doctrine, always just one original teaching. But many interpretations of that one original teaching. And therefore we have the many denominations and churches walking according to their understanding according to their interpretation of certain scriptures. But now, beloved the time has come and I’m saying this in the Name of the LORD Jesus Christ. The time has come to search the scriptures, to confirm whether what we believe is the true Word of God that was taught by the apostles in the beginning or whether we are following in the interpretations given by men. Therefore I many times have made the statement all over the world: We are not to return to what Arius, to what Atanasius, to what Tertullian, to what Augustin, to what Hyronimus said, to what all the church fathers said. We are now to return what the apostolic fathers said at the very beginning of the New Testament Church. Because in the Elijah ministry the hearts of God’s children were to be turned back again to what the fathers believed at the very beginning. 

Beloved, this is not my suggestion. This is God’s promised Word for today! In the ministry of John the Baptist the hearts of the Old Testament fathers were brought to the belief of the New Testament children. God does not speak now and never to our heads. He speaks to our hearts. We believe with our heart and we confess with our mouth. Therefore all of God’s true children now believe God’s promised Word for today, understand that this is God’s time to restore all things. This is not time to change religion, to change churches. This is not the time for Christianity. This is the time for Christ – to have His way with His people who said: “ I will build my Church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it”. So we understand that we have to believe as the scripture says. What does the Scripture say about God? Many places we could read right here that God is only One. We see Him as Creator, as Sustainer, as Saviour , as King , as Healer. We see Him in many ways because He is all in all. God who is Spirit and dwelt in His light thru all eternity in His fullness of Spirit and light came forth in the beginning speaking all things into existence. And He whom we know as Logos, as LORD in the beginning is the same of whom the Word in John chapter says: “that was made flesh and dwelt among us.” He is always the same. Whether we know Him in the Old Testament as JAHWE or in the New as Yashua or some use the old traditional form Jehova and then the Greek form Jesus. But the actual Hebrew says JAHWE for the LORD God who revealed His Name to Moses before taking the children of Israel out of Egypt He manifested Himself in the burning bush speaking to Moses and then He revealed His Name: The I AM is the I AM. Not the I was and not the I will be. Because whatever is going to be He is already now, He already was. He is only manifesting Himself in different ways. Now in the New Testament we see our beloved LORD and Saviour coming into the flesh, being born into this world because for us and for our sake. HE had to come into humanity and in His humanity we see Him taking our place and for us we do see Him in many different manifestations. We see Him as Son of God, Son of Man, Son of David, we see Him as the mediator between God and man. We see Him as the advocate, we see Him as the High priest who went with His own blood into the heavenly sanctuary. But we always see Him as the same yesterday, today and forever. Regardless of how and as what He has to manifest Himself - He can have all these different things – accomplish only by being what He is supposed to be. For instance in the Garden of Eden the first lamb was slain as the sacrifice. And beloved, then the lamb of God came to take away the sins of the world. Then if you wish to see in days of Abraham the LORD God as priest visited Abraham. And even took tithes from Abraham. But you have to go to Hebrews chapter 7 to know who He was. Melchizedek had no beginning and no ending, no father, no mother. In the Old Testament He was not yet born as the Son. HE was the Logos, the LORD, the I AM – in the many ways revealed. In the New Testament we know him as the Son of God because thru the Son of God we are placed back into our original relationship with God as sons and daughters. 

Beloved, coming to the point. We have to always mention also the great commission and show how it was carried out in apostolic days and we must return to apostolic days. That is a divine must. We can not walk on as children of God in the ways of denominations forever. God puts a stop sign before us. HE says: This is the day the LORD has made. Let us return to His ways, enquire of how things have been at the very beginning. It starts with the day of Pentecost when the outpouring of the Holy Spirit took place. And the multitudes actually thousands came together heard the first sermon of the apostle Peter who preached under the fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit. And the Word was actually penetrating the hearts and the people were asking: What must we do to be saved? The apostle Peter showed them the way to eternal life. He opened the narrow gate, showed them the narrow way. And beloved, he said: ”Repent everyone of you.” You know what repentance means: The Holy Spirit first leads to repentance. And before we can repent the Holy Spirit must convict us of sin. And after the Holy Spirit convicts us of sin we repent of the sin the Holy Spirit convicted us of. And then tears will flow and we come to the LORD asking to forgive us. We all have to return as lost sons and daughters to come home. And this is by repentance. And while Peter preached the Holy Spirit came upon the congregation and all who believed the Spirit lead to repentance, convicted them of their sins, of their trespasses, of their unbelief, of their own ways, of everything that could not stand in the presence of God. And then those who believed were told: Repent! And they repented. And those who repented were told: ”Be baptised in the Name of Jesus Christ.” Because the whole thing is: The concern about the forgiveness of sins. In His Name, in the Name of Jesus Christ, remission and forgiveness of sins should be preached to all nations. That is the main thing, because God was in Christ reconciling the world with Himself. And Christ Jesus paid the price, He shed the blood so that we can be redeemed, saved and justified. And therefore those He called, He justified and those He justified He sanctified, because He knows we shall go all the way, not stop here or there. Not just stop with repentance but go on to baptism. Not stop at baptism but go on to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit and continue to follow the footsteps of the LORD as we are told in the book of Acts and further on in the New Testament. In the gospels our LORD said: He that follows me will not remain in darkness but have the light of life.” Jesus Christ said: “Take your cross upon yourselves and follow me.” If you truly follow Christ you will walk in the footsteps shown to us and left behind us like footprints in the sands of time. These are footprints and we have to walk in the footprints of the LORD, in the footprints of the apostles returning to the Bible pattern in everything. 

So God manifested Himself for our sake in the New Testament as our Father in heaven. Therefore we pray: “Our Father who art heaven hallowed be thy Name”. The same God manifested Himself in Jesus Christ His only begotten virgin born Son, Who is Emmanuel: God with us. And the same God on the day of Pentecost filled the Church with the Holy Spirit. So, God above us as our Father, God with us in Jesus Christ the Son, Emmanuel. And God in us. The same God in three different manifestations to accomplish His eternal plan and purpose in the course of time to bring us back as sons and daughters into the proper relationship forever. 

Beloved, Christianity is one thing and Christ is another. We preach Christ. And Church doctrines are one thing and Bible doctrines are a totally different thing. Interpretations are one thing and the Word of God is totally different to all the interpretations. And the interpretations are totally different to the original Word of God. I don’t apologise. I don’t care for any interpretations. I care for the Word of God in its original form. If I wish to know whom and how to baptise I have to go to the apostolic pattern. First the gospel was preached. People repented, they came to the LORD, they received forgiveness of their sins and then they were baptised in the Name of the LORD Jesus Christ confirming the remission of their sins. You can go to Acts chapter 2 verse 38, to Acts chapter 4, to Acts chapter 8, to Acts chapter 10, 11, 19. You can go to Romans 6, you can go to Philippians, you can go to Colossians. And you find everywhere the statements about how people came to the LORD and how they were baptised. Now you may say: This is a new doctrine to be baptised in the Name of the LORD Jesus Christ. No, beloved! That’s not so! It’s not a new doctrine. It’s the old doctrine, newly revealed by the Holy Spirit. And it was William Branham whom God used in our time to show forth the Bible teachings in their original form. And therefore I must admit: His ministry was a great blessing to my life, especially my spiritual life when I saw how God confirmed His Word. How God used this humble man with his unique ministry. I knew better than to criticize. I knew: No one could do all these works unless God be with him. So, God used a humble man in our generation. As He used John the Baptist, as He used Peter, as He used Paul and different man. So God used a humble vessel in our generation to be His mouthpiece to speak to God’s people and to bring us back to the original teachings of God’s Holy Word. Beloved, our time is again over.
