Beloved Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

This is Brother Frank speaking to you from the International Mission Center in Krefeld, Germany. As you know, the Lord has blessed us in a very, very special way. We not only have a place of worship which seats a little over 800 people, God has been so merciful, so good, so gracious to us to give us the possibility by internet to reach all nations on earth, to share the precious Word of God. And this reminds me on Matthew 24:14, “This gospel of the kingdom will be preached as a witness to all nations; and then the end will be.”

Something has touched my heart very strongly, and it’s the expression “today”, “today”. In Hebrews, chapter 3, we read in verse 13, “… but exhort one another daily, while it is called Today – while it is called Today – lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.” The word “today” – “today”. Verse 15, “… while it is said, Today if you will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.” – today. Verse 19, “And we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.” Today when you hear His voice, harden not your hearts, but open your hearts, so God will open your understanding to receive His Word, His promises.

Then it says here again in verse 7 in chapter 4, “Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, Today, today after so long a time, as it is said, Today if you will hear hs voice, harden not your hearts.” – Today. This is the day God has made for us. Even about the birth of our Lord and Saviour the word “today” is being used. I read Hebrews, chapter 5, verse 5, “So also Christ glorified not Himself to be made and high priest, but He that said unto him, Thou art my Son, today – today – have I begotten thee.” This is our today, the day the Lord has made, according to Isaiah 49 “the day of salvation”, also confirmed in 2 Corinthians, chapter 6, by the Apostle Paul. This is the day of salvation, and then only remains the day of the Lord, the day of wrath, the day of anger, the time of tributlation, and then, of course, also the Millennial Reign, the last 1,000 years with Christ on earth, because in 1 Corinthians 15 it says, He must reign as King until all His enemies are put under his feet at His footstool. So, God has a Plan of Salvation.

But let me emphasize the word “today”, “today”. There were so many times in the space of the 2,000 years of the New Testament Church. There were special times, special days. And I remember in the days of Reformation, “Today, when you hear His voice …”, after 1,000 years of the Dark Ages the Light came forth, and the Gospel was being preached that the just would live by faith. But in the same chapter in Romans 5 you read, that we are justified by the Blood of Christ. Not only justification as a doctrine but justification as an experience with God through Jesus Christ, our Lord. I love Bible teachings, but Bible teachings must be connected to the experience they speak about. If not, if not – what is the sense of the Bible teaching. For instance, when our Lord said, “Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel to all nations, and those who believe are to be baptised … “ Well, if they believe, they are baptised, if they only say, “We believe”, they are not baptised.

And then you go on and you start actually with the Day of Pentecost. This is just marvellous. And I have to say it over and over again: The last and the first sermon must be the same; the last and the first baptism must be the same; the last and the first Lord’s Supper must be the same. All Bible teachings must be connected to reality before the Return of our Lord Jesus Christ. For instance, if God said in Malachi, chapter 4, “I will send you Elijah, the prophet, before the great and dreadful day of the Lord comes”, to restore, to bring us back, then that prophecy had to be connected to the reality of the restoration.

Then you go to Matthew 17:12, “Surely, Elijah shall first come, and restore all things.” – not only come and preach, but come and restore all things. So a promise God made in His Word is connected to reality. That is the way it was with the ministry of John the Baptist. It said in Isaiah, chapter 40, verse 3, “A voice cries in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord.” And then in Luke, chapter 1, from verse 11, the angel came to Zacharias, giving the promise of the birth of John the Baptist, “He shall go before the Lord in the spirit and power of Elijah to prepare His ways and make a people ready for the Lord.” This is it: Every ministry promised and given by God Almighty and given into the Kingdom of God, placed into the Church of the Living God must and is connected to a divine purpose.

So, to make it very plain, as the Holy Scripture says in 1 Corinthians 12 and also in 1 Corinthians 14, placing the fivefold ministry, placing the gifts of the Holy Spirit, placing the ministry: to one it is given the gift of wisdom, to the other the gift of faith … All the nine gifts and ministries are placed according the Word of God (1 Corinthians, chapter 12, every line). To one it is given faith, to one it is given to work miracles. These are ministries in the fivefold ministry. These nine operations come into existence and they become a reality.

And then you have like the Apostle Paul: He was not only part of the fivefold ministry, he had a direct call for all the nations, “I will send you to the heathens to preach My Word to open their eyes.” So there are ministries in the Body of Christ, ministries in the local churches. And there is a ministry, like Brother Branham had, William Branham had in our time, because he was a promised prophet – not only for the Church but for all the nations. Because all the prophets were men sent by God for a divine purpose in the Kingdom of God.

So, I always gladly but also with direct responsibility like to refer to what Brother Branham was told on June 11th, 1933, “As John the Baptist was sent to forerun the first coming of Christ, you are sent with the message that will forerun the second coming of Christ.” This day this scripture is fulfilled!

I can take you to Luke, chapter 4, where our Lord read from the Prophet Isaiah, chapter 61, and then He closed the book and gave it back, and He said, “This day this scripture is fulfilled before your very eyes.” Beloved, this is our today. I want to know the promises of God for my day. I wish to have part in what God is doing right now. And, Beloved, we could go from Matthew, chapter 24, right through Jude, the last verse, and show you how Bible prophecies are fulfilled in our time. If you read Matthew 24 about wars, rumours of wars, earthquakes and all these things, we can say, “This day all these predictions, this scripture is fulfilled before us.”

You can go to Mark 13 and read what our Lord said even in regards to the gathering of the people of Israel, as promised in the Old Testament and also confirmed by our Lord in the New Testament, “When you see the fig tree coming back to life again, when you see the people of Israel returning to their homeland, then you know, you don’t guess, you don’t dream, you know that the time is near.” I can say, this day this scripture is fulfilled. From about 150 countries the Jews returned to their homeland, and since 1948 we have the country called “Israel”. “When you see all these things come to pass, then you know – you don’t guess, you know …” And then our Lord said, after making this statement, “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but My Words shall never pass away.”, and then even making this statement, “This generation shall not pass until all things be fulfilled.”

Beloved, this day many, many scriptures are being fulfilled. What did we read in Hebrews? “Today when you hear His voice …” Let’s make it very plain: The Lord does not speak to us what happened 4,000 years ago, or 2,000 years ago, He speaks to us, bringing forth the the promises for this day, showing unto us the whole Plan of Salvation. And then we believe these promises, because this is our today.

First, we hear the promises of God, and secondly, they are revealed to us, and thirdly, we have part in every promise God made to His Church and finally to His Bride. So, the promises given to Israel are fulfilled in Israel. The promises and predictions concerning the nations are being fulfilled in all the nations. The promises given to the believers, to us as the New Testament Church, we believe those promises. And only after we believed the promised Word of God for today it’s revealed to us by the Holy Spirit.

If you don’t believe, what God promised in His Word, please be not offended. But why should God even speak to you. Why should God waste His time with you, if you are not ready to believe the promises of God? Who are you? Are you going to teach God? Beloved, humble yourself under the mighty hand of God and, I am repeating, you will understand by divine revelation the Plan of Salvation, the promises God made, you will understand your “today.” “Today when you hear His voice …” What is His voice? His Word is His voice and in His Word He made the promises. So, the moment He speaks to you … He will not involve in politics or in religion, He will share His promised Word with you. This is what our Lord did in Luke, chapter 24: He gathered His disciples and He began with Moses and all the prophets and all what the Psalms had to say. And I was very surprised: Only today I read that in the New Testament you find reference 186 times to the Psalms – 186 times you find reference made in the New Testament to what is written in the Psalms concerning the Plan of Salvation, about our Lord, about His birth, about everything! I was surprised, when I read it in the Scofield Bible.

Beloved Brothers, dear Sisters, what am I trying to say? Am I wasting your time? Or are you wasting my time? No, we should not do that. We should realize that there was a promise, a main promise, “I will send you Elijah, the prophet, before the great and dreadful day of the Lord cometh” – before sun turns into darkness, the moon into blood, before the stars fall from heaven, before the sixth seal becomes a reality. And even with the seals: it is not only something that is being said, but every seal is connected to reality. Even when the seventh seal will be opened and then, when the reality takes place, seven angels appear before the throne of God with seven trumpets. And then you read about the seven trumpet judgements, and after the sixth trumpet judgement the announcement comes, “When the seventh will blow his trumpet the mystery of God will be finished.” And how wonderfully Brother Branham spoke about his ministry, about all the mysteries of God revealed to him and also by the grace of God revealed to us!

So we understand: this is God’s time for God’s people. This is our today. “And today, when you hear His voice, when you hear His promised Word for this day, harden not your heart.” I beg you in the Name of the Lord! If you harden your heart now, He will harden your heart forever. So, please, open your heart! Be ready to receive what God has promised in our day.

In closing, let me say the very sad story about Israel. And I am not judging, but they were waiting for the promises to them to be fulfilled 4,000 years. And when the time of fufilment came, they received Him not. They judged Him, they criticized Him, they crucified Him. Beloved, we waited for 2,000 years for the fulfilment of what God promised in His Word. This day, this day all what God promised in the Holy Scriptures is being fulfilled. The last message is reaching the ends of the earth, the last call. It’s preparation time, it’s restoration time, because the end must be as the beginning was. Maranatha, our Lord is coming very, very soon. Be ready to meet Him, when He comes. God bless you and be with you.

And should you be interested to know more, please let us know. Wherever you are on earth, in what country you might be: God is calling out from all nations, from all tribes, from everywhere. Hear the last call! This is your today. And today, when you hear His voice, harden not your heart, but receive what God has promised to you. May the blessings of Almighty God rest upon you in Jesus’ holy Name. Amen.
